CANCELLATION POLICY
MY LITTLE PICNIC Australia usually takes 100% payment to secure your Booking. If the Booking is however cancelled in writing up to one week prior to the start of the Booking, then 25% non refundable administration fee is deducted from full booking total. In the event that the Booking is cancelled after the one week point, we will charge a 50% Cancellation fee and therefore Refund the client 50% of the total picnic amount.. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are not eligible for a Refund.
COVID 19 - Bookings made after 14 March 2021. Bookings will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy. COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions and shelter-in-place requirements. The Booking cancellation policy will apply as usual.Our extenuating circumstances policy is intended to protect clients from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review our general cancellation policy when booking. The Booking cancellation policy will apply as usual.
